NPHC-NYC Programs

Careers Conference Our flagship program in social action and education continues to be the C. Melvin Patrick Careers Conference. The purpose of the Conference is to provide an opportunity for the students of New York City (from seventh grade to college sophomores) to meet and seek guidance and information on the careers and college experiences from a variety of professionals.

Candidate Forums The Council provides platforms for candidates running for office in Greater New York and participates in watch parties for those running for national offices. Scholarships Through fundraising, the Council annually provides scholarships to high school seniors who have committed to matriculate in college.

Social Action Programs In keeping with the mission of the Panhellenic Council, we annually hold voter registration drives and blood drives, collaborate with third parties to help feed and clothe those in shelters, and contribute to increasing awareness of premature births (i.e. March of Dimes, now called March for Babies)
