The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) of New York in collaboration with the D9 Resume Exchange have joined efforts in creating a framework where employers can engage NPHC-NY members in a structured, systematic and measurable way.
The D9 Resume Exchange is a contingency recruitment firm assisting it’s clients enhance their diversity, equity and inclusion strategies by sourcing dynamic candidates directly from the Divine Nine and Historically Black Colleges & Universities.
This program connects qualified people of color with job opportunities that will enrich their lives. The role we play as recruiters/connectors plays such a critical role in the well-being of so many people. We also recognize the power in networks and leveraging those networks to share and fill job opportunities.
It all begins once you decide to engage. That dream job won’t just land in your lap. You have to be proactive, strategic and leverage the resources you have available to you. With this being one of them.
